How to make an appointment
New Patients
All new patients must phone our practice or come in and speak to our Reception to book an appointment in order for our friendly, helpful staff to introduce our practice, our services and policies to you in person. Call 4151 2608 to speak to us about booking an appointment.
Returning Patients
Please phone at 8am on the day for an appointment and we will do our best for you to see your usual family Doctor.
We try our best to never turn away our children.
Should you find you no longer require your appointment, please phone our staff on 4151 2608 to cancel the appointment in order for other patients to be able to take your place.
Cancellations
A 2 hour cancellation notice policy is in place for standard visits, but for extended time, SIPS/EPC nurse bookings and minor procedures, 24 hours notice is required. Failing to do so may incur a DNA (did not arrive) fee, which is not refundable by Medicare.
IMPORTANT: for Emergency, Life Threatening Medical Conditions, please DO NOT attend our practice, but phone 000 for the best emergency response and to ensure the best outcome for you.
